Hi, I'm Weronika Wojnarowska.
I am a social entrepreneur, sociologist, and the Head of Marketing at Girls Future Ready Foundation.
For the past six years, I have been building initiatives that drive real social impact. Four of those years have been dedicated to Europe's largest foundation for young women. My journey began at the Girls Future Ready Foundation, where I helped empower over 107,000 individuals through tailored leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development programs. This hands-on experience solidified my core conviction: true organizational change begins with understanding people.
Alongside my foundation work, I gain insights within international corporations. This allows me to analyze how large systems operate and pinpoint exactly where corporate strategy loses touch with the people executing it.
Today, I am channeling this dual expertise into building Neya21Lab. — a living lab at the intersection of social science, AI, and organizational consulting. It's in the making and it's the most ambitious thing I've ever worked on.

Through this work, I have led programs, managed key partnerships, overseen communications, and represented the Foundation at public events. This experience proved to me that organizations only thrive when the people inside them thrive.
